Shipping policy
All products sold in our shop are digital downloads and delivered online after purchase. See the 'Where is my download?' section below for detailed instructions.
No physical product will ship to you. Shipping does not apply to your purchase and no shipping cost will be added to your order.
Where is my download?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email from “TwoFeetFirst” with the subject “Your order is now complete."
The email should arrive in your inbox promptly, but please allow up to 30 minutes, depending on your mail server.
The email will include a link for the download.
At times, an email may end up in the spam folder, so make sure to check there.
This email serves as a complement to your email receipt.
You can also access your digital downloads from your customer account. After your payment is processed, you may log in to your account to download your item(s) anytime. All you need is the email address you used for purchase, as a login code will be sent to that email.

Our business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm MST. We will respond as soon as possible, but please allow us 24 to 48 business hours.
